At one of Gospel Music Associations biggest events, “Music In The Rockies”, Erik Bledsoe was honored as the National Grand Prize winner in the American Bible Society’s – Scripture Song Competition for his song “Psalm 63”. Bledsoe also was named First Runner-up in the Song of 2008 Competition for “A Little Bit of Something”. In addition Bledsoe was also named Second Runner-up in the Artist of 2008 competition. Congratulations!

This will be the third consecutive year Bledsoe has been invited to open for the events headliner. Previous years have included Michael W. Smith and Sandi Patty. Bledsoe Named President of LifeSong Ministries Int’l
April 16, 2008Leave a CommentAs of April 30, 2008 Erik Bledsoe will be the new President of LifeSong Ministries International (LMI). Bledsoe and band will now be able to raise support on a tax free donation basis for the work of the ministry. In addition, LMI will be expanding it’s roster through discipleship and mentorship of other independent worship artists and ministers. Bledsoe’s nomination was initiated by current LMI president Phil Baquie. Many thanks to Phil and his administration for their incredible generosity, leadership and sensitivity to the Lord’s leading in this time of transition. Their wisdom and excellence have set a benchmark of greatness to follow.
